Is there or could there be one which restores pretty much all the cut content? How much was really cut anyway? I believe a lot of scenes from the Denerim Gates (farewell) were cut but restored by modders, some items, quests and locations (like Wilhelm's Cottage) were cut and not restored (probably not possible either)... but I think it was mostly just Morrigan dialogue. There's also an Alistair patch as well as a Zevran one, but some things in those mods aren't compatible with each other, so it takes a little editing.
