ENB's Physically Will Not Work

So I have moved over to a new PC recently (and by recently, I mean a few months ago) and I have been modding FNV ever since. On my old PC, I used to be able to use Enhanced Shaders and Overgrowth just fine and I have never experienced issues to the level that they are right now.

 

I have been trying to reinstall all of those ENB's (since DYNAVISION is not cutting it for me) for a month or so, and everytime I install the dll and the installation files, the game CTD's and has to be reinstalled, or just simply makes the entire sky black and the lighting unchanged. I have searched for days on end for a solution and have tried every single one that I have found. Not one of them have worked for me. Any ideas?

 

By the way, if you need my specs for whatever reason:

 

CPU- Core i5 6500

GPU- ASUS DUAL GTX 1060 6gb

RAM- 16gb

This one is probably unnecessary, but MOBO- ASUS B150 PRO GAMING AURA

 

And, if any of you think this somehow contributes to the issue, I use Mod Organizer.

You have too many files in your load order and the game engine cannot handle the load.

 

Disable and uninstall at least 10 mods and see if that makes a difference.

If you have a new box, then you probably are now on Win10. If so, please see the 'Issue: Vanilla game Hangs on startup', "Cause-1" entry, and then the 'Solutions to Post-Processor (ENB/SweetFX et. al.) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

 

You have installed all the optional files for some mods where you are supposed to choose only one. Specifically noted are "XFO" and "CFW". Re-read the install instructions. Do not install plugins for different combinations than you actually have: e.g. not "No DLC" when you have all the DLC installed, and none intended for plugins you do not have installed. They will cause problems such as "missing masters".

Sorry for taking so long to respond, school got in the way.

 

I did both of these things (reduced load order, removed useless esp's) and the game still required a reinstall.

 

Any other suggestions?

ENB is not supported on Win10 (last I knew, primarily because the author was not migrating to it). So, other than the links were already provided to you, can't really offer any further help on the ENB issue. Are you having problems with the game without ENB? It will only exacerbate any underlying problems with the game, so you want that to be stable first.
