Can't Change Hair, Facial Hair, or Eyes - Help

Hey guys,

 

I was able to get past my earlier issues, but now I'm having one thing that's bugging me. I went to create my character, and I wasn't able to change his hair style (head or face) or eyes at all. I have a few different mods. I'll list them below. I have the Looks Menu, and when I click on his hair it just says 'HAIR' (yes, in all caps like that - unlike every other option) and doesn't allow me to dig down the different hair styles when I click on it. I can't change the facial hair or eyes either.

 

Here's a list of my mods that may mess with character creation.

*** As a side note, I was able to see the different hair styles when I had all these mods installed and the game was extremely buggy. So I need to figure out what I need to do to fix this. I'd like to be able to change how the player looks from time to time. And I really hope this doesn't mess with settler hair styles as more variety was one of the main reasons for loading all of these.

I hope I don't miss anything. Here's the current Load order that LOOT set me up with (I'm only going to list the ones I think change hair or body, unless you guys suggest I show the rest).

When you click on hair there are options at the bottom, STYLE COLOR (forget the keys and mid resetting for new game so can't look).

BTW: THbrows is in LMCC. (remove that). Oni will prbably be overwritten by Valkyr if installed in the order posted (can't use both without unique player or derivatives, and hands-on tweaking).
