Acoustice Space Problem

OK, I've been trying not to ask for help but this is maddening. I want to set up my dungeon so that when the player walks through a particularly cold area, he can hear the ice crackle and shift as I have done in many a skyrim cave. But I only know how to set a cells default acoustic space, not how to set one that's unique and local to a room or corridor. So I went to the Wiki, this is all I found http://www.creationkit.com/Acoustic_Space

 

It is infuriatingly "terse" as someone put it and doesn't bring me any closer to what I want to do.. And I can't seem to preview any sounds at all? that seems like a feature needed. So does anyone know how to make a local acoustic space?

You would add sound markers that play the sound loop you want. the acoustic space is the way it will sound such as a room with furniture sounds different than the same room thats completely empty in real life.

 

Audio/Sound Marker. the ones you would use start with AMB which most likely stands for Ambient.
