That's my load order.

Compatibility patches must load after the last mod that is being patched. The Mart's patches are not correct.

 

The main game load order is not correct. ThePitt should load before BrokenSteel.

 

You are using compatibility patches that are not correct (any "Follower Enhanced"). You are not using the Follower Enhanced file from FWE.

 

With Fellout-Full.esp, you do not need the individual DLC Fellout files. It doesn't hurt anything to have them, they are just unnecessary. If you decide to keep the Fellout DLC files, move pipboylight to load before Fellout-Full.esp.

 

I suggest you check Paradox Ignition for merged versions of some of you mod files http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/16787/? You must read and follow the instructions.

 

Along with Paradox Ignition, you should be using Blackened http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/18173/? Again read and follow the instructions.
