Jakisthe
Heh...probably! Actually, yes, I can imagine no way at all that besagews wouldn't clip...even putting them flat...
redxavier
Looking good so far, though I think the pauldrons are a bit too low and flat, looking a bit too much like modern shoulder pads.
The SH0CKER
Textured the Sallet:http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e214/marvelshocker/Gothicsallet.jpg
jet4571
You need to extend the texture out a little farther than what the UVW shows to. You have the black background on the UVW edges. Just make the texture about 4 pixels wider than the UVW.

LieutenantHawk
This armor looks incredible! I can't wait for it, but I have a request... Could you (insert 9,000 "pleases" here) make a version of the helm compatible with beast races? I absolutely love Gothic Plate armor but my poor Argonian wouldn't be able to cram his snout inside that helm. I was really disappointed with Bethesda's oversight of the beasts' versions of the helms, so I would appreciate it if you made an alternate one. You could just make an open-faced version of the sallet, perhaps? Example Edited March 13, 2012 by LieutenantHawk

You could just make an open-faced version of the sallet, perhaps? Example I will second this motion. Not for beast races exactly but I prefer open faced helmets myself. So both versions would be great. beast race version of the closed face would be the normal open face version and thats set in the armor addon list so to make it easier would be make the open faced version armor entry and all its armor addons then duplicate it and change the armor addon entry for human, the name, and the ground object to the closed face. The SH0CKER
@LieutenantHawk I made the visor as a seperate mesh, so I can make an open version but I'll have to make another texture due to needing another Ambient Occlusion map ( The area covered by the visor is black on the texture ). At the moment, I haven't had time to do any more texturing but I might be able to tomorrow or thursday. I'm considering implementing a cube map for reflections as well. jet4571
I dont see the need for a separate texture. If the mesh isn't there that part of a texture wont show including any textures that go with it like bump maps.
