Shidentora
I was using the new Project Reality for a few days and had to cease, as it is just too demanding on my PC I would need a least demanding weather mod. What is the best bet?
BlackRampage
What are your computer's specs, Shi? Regardless, I personally use Enhanced Weather + Dynamic Weather. Never experienced any serious frame rate drops with those 2 active.
Shidentora
Hail, BR. Here you go: Operating System MS Windows 7 64-bit SP1CPU Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo T6400 @ 2.00GHz Penryn 45nm TechnologyRAM 3.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (6-6-6-18)Motherboard TOSHIBA Portable PC (CPU)Graphics LP154WX4-TLC8 (1280x800@60Hz) ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 (Toshiba)Hard Drives 313GB TOSHIBA TOSHIBA MK3252GSX ATA Device (SATA)Optical Drives MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ880AS ATA DeviceAudio Realtek High Definition Audio I switched to Dynamic weather yesterday. I don't use rain, as the guy clearly says, that it will decrease FPS. Nontheless, my Toshiba-chan lagged yesterday, but sometimes it just lags. Will write tomorrow, if it's OK. Those two weather mods together, you say? Wait, one isn't enough? Or, is it that they somehow cooperate? Do you recommend that combo?I dunno. This favorite overhaul of mine, FO3TP, that just owns my gamer "I" http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8834 seems to be placing quite a horde of enemies after you reach lvl 20. Maybe it's that?
BlackRampage
Those two weather mods together, you say? Wait, one isn't enough? Or, is it that they somehow cooperate? Do you recommend that combo? They sure do. And I do indeed recommend that combination. The reason why I use both is because Enhanced Weather only produces rain and snow. It's nice, but it grows tiring rather quickly. Adding Dynamic Weather creates a whole lot more variety. Considering those specs however, I can imagine you might experience some more serious frame rate drops from time to time, so it might be better to choose a "lighter" weather mod after all. It makes for some real immersion.
