Skill Level Check for crafting - Ignore Fortifiers?

Just wondering if this is doable, is it possible to make the "GetActorValue" function to ignore fortifiers? Like say have an item only craftable if the player has reached 100 in a skill, but not have it work if the player fortified the skill to 100.

 

Do let me know if such a thing is possible in oldrim.

Yes, use GetBaseActorValue instead.

 

Wow I can't believe I never noticed "GetBaseActorValue". I feel so stupid. I guess that's what I get for not paying enough attention.
