Creation Kit isn't showing all of the mods

Not all of my mods are showing up in Creation Kit, I can see them in TES5Edit, so they are there. I've tried reinstalling Creation Kit, rebuilding the Wyre Bash Patch, but it didn't work.

Here' an example image, both TES5Edit and Creation Kit have the mod list dragged all the way to the bottom, but TES5Edit list much more after what Creation Kit is listing:



EDIT: I don't have anything ghosted. I can tell mods are missing, alternate start live another life shows up in TES5Edit, and I've looked through the creation kit carefully, and I don't see it in there.

EDIT: Nevermind I discovered they're in there. For anyone else who has this problem: TYPE OUT THE MOD NAME, while in creation kit!
