JimboUK
The filepath in the NIF for the diving.dds is textures\armor\headgear\, if that's where it is then I'm at a loss. There is another way of porting that should work, there's a video guide here http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=43320 It involves creating an empty NV esp in the GECK and then transferring the data from the FO3 esp to the blank NV one via TESSnip. It's s good way of porting stuff from mods that contain a lot of items, weapons packs ect.

So it turns out in the native unpack, there is a third nested file, the textures are in textures/armor/headgear/diving. I removed that last directory and now it is working flawlessly! Thanks so so much! If you give me a paypal I'd be happy to thank you for your time and energy. :D Ahhh, now I can begin my Sea-themed adventure thru the wastes. Excellent, I know what a pain these things can be. As for the money, spend it on beer.
