phenderix
Hey guys! I am having a few issues building an exterior region. First Issue These weird textures that don't show in the CK show up in-game, they are very low res and you can walk through them. Here is an image of them Second Issue A wall that is far away disappears once the player gets close, none of the other walls do this but just this one in one position. I have tried adding it anew but had the same issue. Any help solving these issues would be most appreciated! Thanks, phenderix

Tamb0
This normally happens when you choose to position your objects in another worldspace, instead of Tamriel. For talking sake, you cannot choose something like WhiterunWorld and then place objects in Whiterun's wilderness. It's not populated. You must choose Tamriel in the Worldspace. Try this. Set WhiterunWorld in the World Space and set X, Y co-ordinates to 6, -4 and click Go. Start to zoom out. You'll see a dried up riverbed and another grey area beside it. That's a road. Now change the World Space to Tamriel. Leave the co-ordinates and click Go again. Same place, but this time it's populated (rivers, roads, etc) This is where you need to place your exterior objects.
GomuGomu64
LOD errors, methinks. If you changed part of the landscape and did not re-generate the LOD (Which will take many, MANY hours with the tamriel worldspace), things like that will happen. flobalob
This will always happen if you LOWER the game worlds heightmap, you can usually get away with raising it, but not lowering it as the LOD data is positioned just beneath the actual world surface. You can see this if tou type TCL into the console and then walk downwards into the ground.

phenderix
Nevermind, fixed it I think. Simply moved the entire city an entire mountains' worth upward into the sky XD
mitzibishi
so this worked completely, no errors, you just place it blind in the air and kepp matching it up? and it doesnt mess the world up with the bad textures? i put a dungeon entrance in Whiterun world and it did the bad texture thing, the whole area ingame was messed up and Whiterun town itself half of it went missing., transparent. are we subject to putting every mod in Tamriel? any other good spots on the map?
