YanL
test with parkstroller and ranger civilian boots. later I test memphis. i´m kind bussy right now. I hope you do not mind waiting ... for 3 days. If someone wants to attend to your request, you do not have to wait for me too. edit: oh yes, forgot to ask. You want this adaptation for vanilla body, right? Edited September 13, 2017 by YanL
viniestpumpkin7
Oh my lord that looks much better than the skinny jeans. They're a tiny bit wide around the waist but still, much better. And yes I use vanilla bodies so that would probably be best although I wouldn't mind changing it. Edit: Also if I may ask how did you do this? If it takes too long to explain that's fine, but all the tutorials for this kind of stuff is about nifskope. madmongo
I can't speak for YanlL, but the way I would do it is to copy one outfit into the other's nif using NifSkope so that you have both outfits in one nif. Then load the nif in Blender and cut the top half off of one outfit and the bottom half off of the other. Then maybe fiddle with the meshes a bit so that the top half and bottom half line up properly or fix any other little adjustments that need to be done. Export from Blender, fix the shader flags in NifSkope (because if there's a way to get Blender to properly export the shader flags, I haven't found it yet), and done. It's not difficult if you know how to do 3d modeling with something like Blender. 3dsMax works too, but i use Blender because Blender is free and 3dsMax isn't, at least not with the version that works with FNV. It's probably one of the simpler things that you can do if you want to start with 3d modeling. Note that there are only very specific versions of Blender and 3dsMax that work with FNV. This is due to the nif import and export tools only being written for those versions. Edited September 15, 2017 by madmongo
YanL
ll explain, but another time, I'm drunk now haha. I'm posting just to indicate this link http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php?title=Creating_an_armour_for_Fallout._Part_1 it's worth reading.

viniestpumpkin7
I saw a mod that used the grunt pants with the armor but I found the pocket things sticking out to be too weird. If you're still looking for options the Ulysses duster pants could also work, but the jeans you used also were good as well. YanL
That´s ok  But I have bad news for you. I can´t help you. I was trying again now, but AGAIN without sucess. Here the test with Ulysses pants. But every time I export this armor, the arms are defective (you can also see this flaw in the other pictures that I post in this thread). Notice that under no circumstance I edited anything on the part of the arms. I do not have the slightest idea why this happens. In fact, I've never seen this before. Would anyone know why? I have this armor. https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/130/images/63745-10-1503393018.jpg Not the same, but....... https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63745/? Still, I hope you can get someone to help you. Edited September 17, 2017 by YanL
