[LE] Requesting Assistance with Pickpocket in the CK

Greetings, all. I'm attempting to create a mod for TESV that changes a few things here & there, and one of the many things I'm trying to work on is the apparently-bugged Pickpocket skill. I know that there's supposedly a "fix" for this problem in the Unofficial Legendary Edition patch, but seeing as my work solely involves the base unmodded Skyrim, I will not be installing the expansions until *after* I've finished testing the mod that I'm trying to create.

 

Knowing that the glitches only make themselves known when using certain potions or enchanted items, my question is this: What specific variables need to be edited or altered in the CK in order to make this particular skill behave properly whenever any magical or alchemical fortifications are applied to it?

You have to modify the PerkSkillBoosts and AlchemySkillBoost perks so that potions and enchantments add actor value instead of multiply actor value.

 

You should just copy the USKP or USLEEP versions of the perks into your mod, as they make other fixes to these perks that your mod would overwrite otherwise.

 

Bare in mind there is a high risk of conflicting with other mods if you change this perk.

Thanks for your help! Sorry I wasn't able to reply earlier, but work & other things have kept me a little more busy than I'd like to be.....at any rate, the changes to Pickpocket have worked just fine, and subsequent fixes here & there have ensured a 100% success rate for my test character when stealing items from NPCs.
