gsmanners
My system has 2GB of RAM, and it works just fine. The patch that installed LAA was 1.3, by the way, so I doubt that is related. If you were getting crashes before, then it's really not surprising that you're getting them now, as well. The increase in frequency may be due to the fact that you're further in the game. What you *really* need is a game that almost never crashes, and basically means lowering your settings. Play in a window, play with lower resolution. Play with the lowest settings you can stand. Tsukika
I had unlocked every achievement through Steam with a single save-file, other than a couple minor ones, before this huge increase in frequency started up, and it was still playing relatively smoothly, so I don't think that being farther in the game would be an issue. This is also not an issue that's only with one save-game; it is present for me no matter what save file I load up, even if I start fresh; it usually crashes before I even have control of my character, if I do begin a new game, meaning that to begin a new file I have to try over and over until it gets me through. Before, I was able to play with the sliders floating somewhere around the middle; when these problems arose, I started to lower them gradually, until now where they are all completely as low as they can go. I'd love to be able to get back to where I was before, though, since making the game playable with all of the view distance set to as low as possible makes it somewhat unplayable and unfair (in cases such as getting shot by someone I can't even see yet).
