My toolset is freaking out....maybe a database issue?

For some reason, my toolset has been lagging, freezing up, giving me problems with running lightmaps and oddly enough metadata on models I've used for like forever and ever have disappeared out there into cyber space even though the files are still there....this is the latest error log getting for the toolset:

I have no idea why it's flipping out of textures because I'm running lightmaps of levels I've done like a hundred some odd times. I *have* recently had a windows 10 update, but I didn't really notice anything funky with that....then again, I didn't try running any lightmaps immediately afterwards.

Also, I noticed when clearing my temp files to delete old lightmaps that there was another odd log in the temp files. That log says this:

I have no idea what all this aria and SQLite crap is. It's all new to me....and I got to thinking, (and that's not always a good thing...actually, in most cases it isn't lol)...anyhow...I got to thinking maybe the SQLite junk was conflicting with my MySQL database thingie....so I was going to uninstall it, but I can't find it anywhere on my computer....i'm getting an error for something that isn't even there????

Sooooo.....I've backed up my database (which after my old pc died, I've taken up doing it regularly anyway)....and if I can't figure out any other option or get any answers here, just uninstalling everything and reinstalling it and restoring my backups.....but *if* it's that SQLite junk and I can't get that off, then i'm just going to have the same problem when it's done.

Sigh...what is a girl to do?

Oh! I also imported the source code from another modder's mod to get an idea of how to go about creating new spells/talents....but i don't really believe that could break my toolset....could it?

ok.....i did another search and this time i did it dropping the 3 off the end of sqlite and searched my entire pc and dropping the 3 made a huge difference....it started popping up every where and it's integrated with just about everything! from dropbox to microsoft office...yikes! and apparantly it has been on my pc since 2015 and has been working happily with my mysql the entire time....so i'm just going to a fresh install and see if that fixes everything.
