[LE] Adding spell to vampire lord

The question is "how to add spells to vampire lord?" i can only think it has something to do with vampirespellpower fomr list but even when i drag my spell there it doesn't appear in game so i don't know what to do i wist to add vampire lord a new power (and maybe a new ability)

Use player.addspell "spell ID". Also, mods that add new spells to the vampire lord will sometimes override the formlist, so it might be easier to not have those types of mods installed if you are testing spells. There is whole process to make new spells work with those types of mods.
