valarwout Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 As the topic title inplies, I simply need a new .exe file.A friend of mine replaced my exe with some different exe, which worked, but i seem unable to install the patches now...He said it would work if I simply replaced the current .exe with the original .exe file So here I am asking for a way to get the original .exe...by the way, I mean the tesv.exe in the main install directory.Greetz valor

If you need the EXE then you will need to reinstall skyrim from your disk or from Steam. This is why you make a backup before replacing your exe. :thumbsup: I am closing this before you get into trouble. Please do not start another topic of this nature. Thanks~Lisnpuppy
