LE Dawnstar Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary Access MOD

For those of us that have taken the route of killing off the Dark Brotherhood from the start instead of going through all of the quests (which I already did once anyway), a mod needs to be made that will give the player the dialog question answer option for the Dawnstar Sanctuary that will allow the door to open for you. That way, if someone wants to use the location for their hideout, they can and use the site modification mods available.
