Nexus Mod Manager setup crash.

Recommended Posts

Figuring when I search it, all that comes up is downloading from TPB and other torrent sites. It's a modified version of Windows XP with pre-installed programs. Unless you installed it after installing a legit copy of Windows XP, it's illegal. If you did, because you have LastXP, you will not be able to install SP3 because LastXP modifies many core (kernel) files.

Thanks a lot.

I think i will reboot Windows 7. It better maby...

Windows 7 is pretty much the way to go now anyways. XP only has 2 more years of support from MS. Some games (mostly older ones) don't like to work on 7 unless you stop explorer.exe before playing the game (Fallout 1 and 2 I know of).

Hmmm....well here's some other articles you can read. I looked up that error:

Never had that error ever installing a Service Pack. Have you modified the boot.ini or any other core files in Windows?

You possibly might be stuck with doing a clean install of Windows :(

I installed LastXP my self. So i didn't looked at Windows yet, because about 2 weeks ago i rebooted it.

We don't support piracy here, and we never have.
