You should post your question at the Skyrim Mod Troubleshooting board. This board is for newcomers that want to introduce themselves to the forum. I also suggest providing your full system specs in your post. As well as what fps on average you get on the Vanilla game to help provide a baseline for your performance.

 

As an example of what I mean by "full system specs" I'll list my own current system specs.

 

CPU: i5 6200U 2.3Ghz (Turbo Boost 2.8Ghz)

GPU: Nvidia GT 940MX 2GB GDDR5

RAM: 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz (1 x 8)

Storage: 256GB M.2 SSD
