CBBE Textures Distorted

So I have spent hours trying to find a solution but to no avail so I've come here seeking help. The other day I started playing Fallout 4 again after a looong absence and I decided to reinstall the CBBE mod. I installed CBBE, BodySlide and "CBBE Skimpy Armor and Clothing Replacer v2", in that order. When I installed the armor replacer I DID select yes to all when NMM asked me if I wanted to override. CBBE didn't seem to work so I tried uninstalling the armor replacer but then all the females in the game had messed up skin textures, it's like the CBBE textures are mashed together with the vanilla body textures. I've found other people with a similar problem but they have other mods while the only mods I currently have installed are CBBE and BodySlide. I do not understand why this is happening and it is becoming very frustrating. And before anyone asks, I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling CBBE and Bodyslide twice. By the way, it's not just certain armors it does this with, even if the npc is completely nude they look like this. Any help would be appreciated.

CBBE FAQ2 covers your issue. Have you tried reading that?

Yes I have read the FAQ, I am pretty sure I installed it correctly and added those three lines to the .ini. It says something could be conflicting it on the FAQ but this makes no sense to me because I already uninstalled that armor replacer mod (which is CBBE compatible)
