Female character and NPC Female face black

Do I have this problem that I can not solve someone can help me?

Both the face of the protagonist and the female NPCs have a black face

P;s did not install Texture Pack from Steam

I'm guessing it's one of your mods, since you have so many that modify appearances and because it's happening to NPCs. However, sometimes this error can be fixed by simply reloading a save or making a small edit to the character's face.

 

Try this, see if it works. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21907/? I know you aren't using the official HD Texture Pack, but you ARE using an HD face texture, so it might work.

 

If you start testing by removing mods I would start with these:
