pokelord13
I moved out of my house and on over to the glorious United States of America a couple months ago and backed up all my old oblivion and fallout saves. Only problem, I didn't keep track what mods I had installed and when I was going to go around to play them again with my old saves, I remembered my saves would be completely incompatible without finding out what mods were installed on them. I managed to remember and recover most of the mods that were installed but I can't trust my memory good enough and I know there might be a couple essential mods missing that I have installed. Is there any way to discover what might be missing just by examining the save file?
DrakeTheDragon
For Oblivion at least Wrye Bash can do it. It lists "masters" of savegames exactly like those of ESPs, even in their last load order when the savegame was created.Sadly I can't really remember the ways around inside its menu navigation, but there's a tab for saves as there's the tab for plugins, and it shouldn't be hard to find. Hope it helps. Edited March 10, 2012 by DrakeTheDragon
AnimalRiot
@DrakeTheDragon: Your post is spot on. I hope the OP finds them lost mods with a little help from Wrye Bash.
