SSE A mod to enter city buildings without load screen

I don't know if this mod exists but are there any mods that make buildings in cities part of the city worldspace so you can just walk into a shop without a loadscreen? Sort of like open cities but with buildings?

I've never seen it. The insides of buildings are separate cells, so someone would have to recreate the entire interior, for every building, one-by-one. Also, I suspect it would chew up memory.

Probably not possible without restructuring ALL of the areas with buildings, which would break MANY mods. If you pay attention to buildings are usually smaller on the outside than their actual shape on the inside. (Like Breezehome looks like a one story one or two room house, but inside it's two stories, four room house.)
