yuikhee
Just wondering, do non-texture mods, such as New Land mods (ex. Beyond Skyrim) effect game performance in any way and areas that are not part of the mods? Thanks.
Novem99
Well you have to consider that Beyond Skyrim e.g. is also kind of a texture mod since it contains a lot of textures. And when these textures come in 4k it will effect your performance. And for the other part of your question: No, besides some scripts that may run in the background these mods should not effect the performance when you are not actually playing them. Moonfeldt
Well, if those mods doesnt retexture vanilla assets with higher resolutions, they wont affect your performance in any way unless you visit those new locations.
