How do you load loose files?

I'm trying to install a nexus mod, but I've already installed 55 workshop mods. So when I click data files from the start up menu, it just shows this: http://i44.tinypic.com/vfkrqo.jpg with no "Load loose files" options. I am trying to install the Natural eyes mod, here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3589#content I extracted it to my Skyrim folder like it says to do, but it isn't showing up in the data files and I can't click load loose files. Please help!

I think the game loads them automatically.

Pretty sure there used to be an option in the normal game launcher, but can't seem to find it now. Maybe they done away with the option and just set it to auto.

Okay, thank you! But when it does the "Loading subscribed mod" thing the mod isn't one of them, and I can't find it under data files. Does this mean I did it wrong, or does it just do that for the workshop mods? Edited by Katiemw

Loose files aren't a mod. as such. They don't modify anything that relates to game structure or gameplay..Mostly, they are cosmetic, so will not come with their own .esp file.

Hey! I have the feeling that it does not "load loose files" automatically. Because XCE and Skyrim HD textures just don't show up ingame.

I DON'T have the official High Resolution texture pack but a few other Workshop mods which change textures - can that have something to do with XCE and Skyrim HD not showing ingame?
