Hi! So awhile back I had a problem with my game crashing I solved that problem by enabling iHeapReaplacment in the NVSR but after I install ojo bueno the game gets a out of memory message I solved that problem by using enb boost

So my game works great outside but in the interiors it gets FPS drops especially when shooting I have my suspicions that it is the enb boost but without that my game will crash

It could be the high resolution textures that are slowing everything down. The GTX 745 has a slow memory interface (DDR3 instead of GDDR5) and therefore isn't very good at rendering higher resolution textures, or even sometimes simply higher screen resolution. Also, I'm curious as to what FPS you're getting inside and outside over an extended period of time. Like an hour of gameplay. Run a program like MSI Afterburner or CAM to see the perormance metrics you need to know while you're playing. Things like CPU, GPU, RAM, and VRAM usage will all be monitored on screen when running those programs - which will help you see what is going on.

It shouldn't use letterbox. I don't have New Vegas installed right now so I can't see the Launcher to tell you exactly what to look for, but there should be a way to select 1280x720 without letterbox. Also, why are you using the game in actual windowed mode? Fake fullscreen mods should allow you play the game in borderless fullscreen which enables the image to fill the whole screen. It's been a long time since I actually played New Vegas, but I know I've played it windowed borderless just fine before. There's a box you can check in New Vegas' launcher about resolutions, you want that unchecked to remove the letterbox option.
