Adventurer's Guild Mod

I am making a series (5?) of mods that are released (maybe) every two weeks. They collectivly add a new guild in Vvardenfell that is oirented around adventures and not so much any specific type of char is needed to join (So a mage, a fighter, a tribunal zelot all can join).

 

In the first plug-in I will add a guild house to Balmora. In that guild house I would like to have a book shelf with unique story books on it. That's were the AGM Team comes in.

 

At the moment I only need help with the books, but who knows about later on. Please make (a) new book item(s) and send the plug-in to:

The single plug-in you send me should include all the books you have made. Send in the books only if YOU have written them.

 

You will be credited in the AGM "Read Me" file, and you can add Written By: "your name" at the begining of al your books. I will read all submitions and send a confirmation e-mail if I deside to use your book(s).

To the moderaters: While I have posted basicly the same message twice (once here, and once in the plug-in board) tehy both hold diffrent messages, both literally and in another way. The other one is to annouce that I'm making the mod, and asks if people ahve books they'd like to add. This one will be used for any futer openings in the AGM Team. So please keep both threads unlocked. Please?

The first installment is about 5 days from completion. I have the rest of this one planned out I just need help in two areas:

 

1) NPC- I only have the two NPCs that are required for joining the guild and recieving the first 4 adventures. There is a nice lounge that is empty where members would probably hang out inbetween adventures. A small wepeons area where one person may be looking at the selection. and a bedroom where there is bound to be at least one person.

 

I would need about 4-5 NPCs made and dialoged. The dialoge could be what ever you wanted it to be, maybe speaking of past adventures, talking about legends of great explorers, or even add your own little adventure with them.

 

So if any one would be willing to do that please speak up. I'll send you the current mod so you can see the guild house, then you make a seprate plug-in with the NPCs just made and not placed in the mod. Then send it to me and I'll import the NPCs where you tell me to put them. If you do plan on adding a mini-adventure with them then we'll need to work somthing else out.

 

2) Scripting- I need a script that adds a +1 to the global "KillingNixes" when the Nix Hound it's scripted to is killed.

 

If you know enough scripting laungage can you please post it here.

 

 

Thanks to everyone who answers to this. If no one does this the mod will still come out, it'll just be lack a certian believability to it due to the poor dialague I tend to make if it ain't mission oriented dialogue.

I would be happy to help with the dialogue or even putting things in the rooms, but the only problem is that there is some nasty virus going around and I cannot download anything from my email.. If you have your own website, or just a mod website, then if you post it there, I can Dload it. Just email me if you would like at [email protected].

...Only Outlook would do something that stupid. If you're reading mail via a web interface (Yahoo or Hotmail) or if you're using a better e-mail client, you'll be safe unless you're enough of a fool to go without antivirus or a firewall and execute -- EXECUTE -- unexpected attatchments. A Morrowind plugin cannot be executed, ergo you have nothing to fear.

 

...Besides, MyDoom isn't a virus. It's a distributed computing project.
