Say Sanctuary Hills has every settler assigned job object occupied, but it's Radio Beacon is still actively recruiting new settlers, who wind up standing around with digits inserted rectally, I propose a mod that, when a generic (non-story, non-legendary) settler has been idle for a set interval they migrate to the nearest player alligned village with fewer than the cap number of settlers. This would be immersive because it makes sense that in a restoration culture like the Commonwealth Wasteland, settlers would go where the work is. There would ideally be a settings holo which would allow you to set traveling settlers as essential or not, so you could guarantee their arrival at the new settlement (or not) at the player's discretion.
