If you know of anny please provide a link, if not then please add your voice to this request and hopefully a good modder will rise to the challenge. thank you. It's nothing like what you're requesting, but it should at the very least help you get your hands on those elusive cards. The Gwent Card Dealer:https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1054/? There is also this site. You could open it up in the Steam Overlay I guess. Again, it's not the mod you were looking for - but it's at least something.
