TangerineDog
I just walked my lvl 2 character into a dungeon with, according to its encounter zone, a minumum level of 6 and a maximum level of 0. I had assumed that to mean every enemy is at least at lvl 6.The first guy to attack me however was lvl 1 - it was an archer with the level modifier easy. I haven't modded the multipliers so that's still 0.33 and according to that and only that, his being level 1 would be correct. But why can he be lvl 1 when he spawns in an interior with a min lvl of 6?
Sthaagg
Hello, It is because lvl 6 is "the base level" without modifier, so NPC who spawns from a point tagged as easy will be under 6. During your test, check if npc template doesn't use PC Mult, this settings totally bypass encounter zone setting and will lead you to wrong conclusion  Edited October 23, 2017 by Sthaagg
