Looking for two mods

So search didn't produce any "hits" for me so I am just gonna ask.

 

1. Is there a mod that makes/gives settlement traders separate inventories. And I mean by separating the inventories of different level vendors. In vanilla game ex. weapon trader lvl 1-3 all share their inventories, meaning if I buy, or sell, stuff to one trader the other traders inventories are affected as well. Meaning they'll have same amount of caps, and stuff.

2. Is there a mod which allows me to give items to companion, which won't be removed if I click "take all" option?
