Kroekr
Unlike what you may think, LOOT does not always do a full sort each time you hit sort. It only looks at what has changed since the last run. Go to C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\LOOT\Skyrim and delete the loadorder and masterlist file(s). This will force LOOT to look at everything together.

Kroekr
When was the last time you defragged your machine? Did you have something heavy running in the background (virus scan or malware scan perhaps)?
Grospolina
I've deleted everything from that directory but I still have the racemenu error popup everytime I start my game is there a way to hide it? I'm running the latest version available as well and have redownloaded 2xDisable Enhanced Character Edit (on the Mods tab in NMM; left pane in MO). Also disable CharGen Extension if you have it (it's already included in RaceMenu). In Windows Explorer, go into the Skyrim\Data\Scripts folder and delete the following files if they exist: Data\Scripts\chargen.pex Data\Scripts\zzcharactermakingextenderloadscript.pex Data\Scripts\zzcharactermakingextenderscript.pex
Outstyling
oh kroekr i did have a defender scan going i didn't even realise ok so that solved that problem I'll try grospolina's idea to fix my popup but i've taken away enhanced character edit before and it makes my character have a missing face or weird textures :/ it's as if I need both mods in order for my character to look fine so idk bout uninstalling this tbh, I pretty much just want the popup everytime I start my save to go away out of sight and out of mind
