Enchanting items...

I was wondering if I can enchant items with multiple enchantments, say like the blade Chillrend, shock damage 20 pts per strike and weakness to frost 20%... And how can I charge the weaopns, like the woe blade, it has 30.000 charges, but the best soulgem gives like what, 8000 or something...

 

Is there a way to make good solid weapons or armor enchantments using the soulgems?

The only way to get better than normal in-game enchantments is either through mods or to go into the CS and do it yourself.

That doesn't sound like the chillrend I know. Maybe you're using a modded version, and thus why you have so many charges. Beyond that, weapons have more charges because they are special weapons. What would be the point of going around and doing quests for enchanted gear if you could just make it yourself. In that light, those special vanilla items eventually start looking like total garbage.
