i think you can do it easily within ESP by just adding fear and paralyze effect in the spells you want and adjust how long the effect last

Not a mod I know...I don't remember how many enchantments you can put on an item in the base game since I use an unlimited enchantments modUnlimited Enchantment Mod at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community ) .. but the easy way is to use the console to find the enchantments on weapons (armor) you desire via Simple Mod Item SpawnerSimple Mod Item Spawner -Alternative To AddItemMenu for AE VR or SE at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community ) 

once you have learned the desired enchantments , select a piece of equipment at the enchanting table and enchant to your hearts desire

At 75 years old and 9K+ skyrim hours I need something new for the game...

I have done an exhaustive search to find a mod that does the following...

Makes Whiterun a completely independent entity and not affiliated with either side during the civil war... AND can revert to the civil war at the users discretion...this is controlled by the Alternate Start mod by having you go to Helgen to kick off the main quest and Rolof's join the war comment.

I know this would require a lot of work (probably because of this story line modification and the scripting changes that would have to be made).  One change/modification that needs to be made is Jarl Bulgruff needs to return the compensation he received from the empire...and makes npcs from all sides get along...essentially three different States united against the empire. I have more ideas but will wait until I see if there is any interest in this undertaking. 

The Alternate Start mod allows you to choose how you want to start the game but there are no associated quests added by it...

To me, this would be a new look at an old game and could/would be refreshing for users with thousands of hours...

If any modder or group of modders would be interested in undertaking this mod development, please PM me and we can discuss details (such as mod development and compensation)

Yeah the ones with no name despawn and disappear eventually after being rescued, because they do respawn later just like the bandits added by the mod do.  The mod author is apparently trying to work something different about that (unless I read or interpreted something incorrectly), but it's not known if that will be eventually updated to the Nexus version of the mod, or only the Patreon hosted version, or both.

[The mod involves sexual slavery, and mentions of sexual assault, so I don't feel good about talking about it here.  I think the reason the mod author is starting to host their mods on a Patreon site instead of here on NexusMods is because they are on thin ice around here, not necessarily to paywall their mods on Patreon, hence why there is no new content or updates of their mods on Nexus since 2 years ago...]

 

Just an update...a rather late one, but one nonetheless lol.  With the mod on here, the captured girls don't go anywhere, they just disappear.  There's a free update on the author's patreon which not only gives them inns to go to, but removes the head covers, gives them names, allows them to be recruited as companion, squires or slaves, and gives a far more extensive questline.  There's also going to be a further free update in a few months (hopefully) which gives an even greater questline to the whole mod.  The Buxom Wench Yuriana mod on here is about 3 versions older than the patreon.

I don't know if a mod like this exists, so I want to ask.

For Morrowind, someone made a Chalk mod. If you had a piece of chalk in your inventory, you could either place predefined marks (like arrows) on the ground, or write, in a chalk-like font, on the ground. I've done a few searched in Nexus but can't come up with anything like this. Can someone let me know if a mod like this exists? I'd settle for someone that would just allow me to leave predefined marks on the ground. Helpful for getting around in some of those caverns,

Is there a mod for showing, on equipment descriptions, if the enchant has already been learned?

For example, if I find a sword or a helmet that has an enchantment on them, when I mouse over the item, along with its name its stats and its cost, it could tell if the enchantment had already been learned?
