Is there any way to save the installed mods structure with MO? I need to format my PC

Prior to the update I was having a nightmare, I run a lot of companions and other mods that have me sailing close to the wind when it comes to memory and it was giving me out of memory errosr with monotonous regularity, so much so that I could have my army of companions following me around, after the update I have my army back and I've not had one out of memory error.
