Reddington
So the T-Mobile Ad is outright ugly. It is completely hot pink on an otherwise grey/black site, but that's not the problem. At the top of the page is an orange header that reads, "You are viewing our old website layout", with a fake button to "View New Layout". Except the entire header is an advertisement that links to T-Mobile's site. This is clearly meant to mimic the color palette of the site to misdirect visitors to the T-Mobile website. The hot pink explosion that is T-Mobile's main advert is bad enough, but allowing them to deceive visitors with a misleading link is even worse. SirSalami
Hey there. Thanks for the info and sorry for any confusion. That said, I'm sure that the the color scheme our advertiser used is a coincidence, so we aren't inclined to consider it a 'bad ad' simply based on it's style. Concerningly though, I'm not sure what you mean by "fake button". If you click it, it should take you to access our new site design. - Edit - We've confirmed that links for certain ads take precedence over the 'View New Layout' button, resulting in this issue. Unfortunately this likely isn't something we can resolve quickly but I assure you our intention is not to mislead our users. This will be resolved very soon when the updated design is fully enabled. If you'd like to view the new design, you can access it directly from the following address: http://rd.nexusmod.com Apologies for any confusion! The correct URL is https://rd.nexusmods.com (In SirSalami's, there was a missing 's' in the URL).
