lonelygrowler
Okay. I was playing normally without any issues. But when i started to play Old World Blues, all the game started struggling to run properly. I've had something like 15 FPS multiple times and, when i got out of Big MT, the game started to run like EVERYONE IS IN SLOW MOTION, but i'm not. I can hear the killcam voices in everyone. Everyone else is slowed down, like in a cinematic, but im not. Im perfectly normal, but the rest of the game seems to be frozen since Big MT. Im uploading a video. Does anyone know what the hell is that?
lonelygrowler
Whenever I play, everything is in slow motion, as if I were in constant bullet-time. I can look around and aim at normal speed, but I run and jump in slo-mo, as do all of the npcs. I shoot in slo-mo too.
JimboUK
Seeing your load order might help. Does the problem occur if you load a save from before the BigMT?

dubiousintent
Please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article.Download LOOT (it's linked in the "How to ask for help" article) and install it manually to the game root folder (i.e. "<install path>\Fallout New Vegas"). Read the documentation, but copy your LO into a list suitable for posting on forums. (The command to copy this list to your clipboard is under the ":" with three dots to the extreme right in it's menu bar.) Then just click on the "green bar" icon (SpecialBBcode) in the top row of the "Reply to this topic" page, select "spoiler tag", and paste the list from your clipboard in between the "spoiler" tags in the body of the post. Most "mod managers" have a similar "LO List" capability, but you will have to read their tutorials to work that out for yourself. We REALLY need to see your sorted "load order" as produced by LOOT; to include the main game and DLC files. With modded games, its the sequence, not merely the list of mods, which is the cause of many problems. LOOT's sort gives a good first approximation, correcting the most obvious issues and is sufficient for most players. Instructions are in the "How to ask for help" article, and "Checklist Item #11' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. Move any "inactive" plugins out of the game "Data" folder. They count against the "plugin cap" because they get loaded by the game engine if found, and can cause "Missing Master" problems. Please see the wiki "Missing Masters" article if you get that error message. -Dubious-
