Background:

Metthaï's family had to leave their homes in Valenwood for their homes had to be used to forge more weapons and temperal housing for soldiers of the emperor.

Washed upon the shores of Vvardenfell they met their last doom upon the swords of local bandits, Metthaï ,still a young boy than was lying beneeth his dead mother and so escaped the cruel fate. He makes a living by traveling between cities and laying his hand on anything that's not to hot or heavy.

Growing up outside his elderly forest made his ties to nature very thin but his experience in the cities of Vvardenfell made him a confident user of the illusion.
