• You can play by your self if you want which means you don't get stuck with a bad match of noobs or stupid people in multiplayer
• No jamming locks on chests and containers and no crappy loot on bosses
• All lines of dialogue that are voice acted are well voiced and aren't mono tone robots
• Each character has a unique personalty rather than the stereotypical rude ass guard.
• Friendly MODDING COMMUNITY! Dungeon lords doesn't have one!

In my opinion dungeon siege takes the cake any day of the week! If anyone has any features of these two games that I missed or has some input on the matter they are welcome to reply.
