Getting CTD when approaching new cities

Hello everyone!

I am new to modding and I am probably making some kind of a dumb mistake but whenever i approach a new city i get CTD. I am saying new becasue inn the beginning i was getting it approaching Riverwood somehow that stopped not sure why didn't do anything just stayed next to a campfire fr some time outside of Riverwood. Then when it didn't happened I decided to see if it will happen when i approach Whiterun and it CTD-ed. I have setup the SKSE.ini and enblocal.ini also Vsync in Skirim.ini. I have downloaded Wrye Bash and made a bash patch. Also i have sorted mi NMM load order with LOOT. If someone could hel that would be great here is my load order from LOOT:

Also here are my computer specs: 16Gb of Ram, Nvidia GTX 1070, Intel core i5-6600 - 3.30Ghz also I am using a 64 bit operating System Windows 10.

Disable open cities of Skyrim and its patches on a new character and see what happens.

Ok i did that but it does it again. I get a new start next to Riverwood and when i start to approach it it crashes. I have disabled Open Cities and every patch related to it.

Well, after that I would disable all mods and then re-enable 10 esp.s at a time on a new character until the problem starts again. Then narrow it down from there and see which mod(s) are causing it. Shouldn't take you long to see since you just need to test cities.

Yeah I was thinking i should probably start with a clean game and check after every mod it will probably be faster that way.
