Is there a mod that replaces the Minutemen gear with combat armor, military fatigues and combat rifles?

I know there was one, because I had it, but I had to do a clean install as my game messed up and I can't find it anywhere.

We are the Minutemen will add combat armor to higher levels, but I think they still wear the MM stuff under that. Also, they do show up with combat rifles, but gauss rifles are more common at higher levels. I have not see something that specifically does what you are asking though.

I have "Minutemen Standard Issue" and I have no idea whether it is part of the mod but I sometimes come across these guys called "Military New Recruits" who are hostile and really well armed and armoured. First found them at Heather Casdins place and they looked like Gunners, all tricked out with Combat Armor Helmets.
