LE Dual Sheaths On Belt

Okay I know this has been asked for numerous times, however as no topics have been responded to by modders, (which comes across as a surprise to me), I've gotta ask again, and specifically for what I'm looking for.

I very much dislike the way you have a single sheath in vanilla, and magically pull another sword out of your hat when dual wielding, Bethesda, I love you, but that's a pretty terrible disregard for detail. So I need a modder to make it so you have two sheaths when dual wielding, both in a X formation on your characters left hip, instead of just one sheath on your hip. Reference pic below.

(As you can see that is 3 swords sheathed in an X formation, but other than the extra sword this is what I'm looking for. :P)

 

Well I'm not a modder, and I couldn't tell up from down if I tried doing this, but I can't see any way this would be a difficult mod to make, (forgive me if I'm wrong), and many people are looking for a mod like this, not just me. So many topics a lot like this have been ignored, anyone want to step up to the plate? I've been around the Nexus for a long time, I know what some of you guys are capable of. :)

Not possible atm, at least i know no one that found a way to add a WORKING 2nd sheath - i'm not talking 'bout static decorative ones.

That's pretty surprising, it seems like such a simple concept. But of course I've never tried, so I can only guess. Hmm.. Well I just hope someone can crack the code eventually :P It'd make an awesome mod, lots of people are asking for it.
