Rostislav16
So I tried the "Interface Control Bugs FIX" but it just messed up my game.Fortunately, the backup files returned the game to its original state. The "f" key works, but in the third person view only the head and shoulders can be seen in the figure. It is not possible to zoom out of the camera or bring it back to viewing the first person. However, animation, for example, sitting in a chair, plays normally from a third person - from a greater distance, but then jumps back to the close. The mouse wheel is simply ignored. Both in the game and in the menu - it's weird.
Grospolina
Hooray for backups! Only head and shoulders could indicate a bad armor (missing mesh?). I assume you're using NMM, because you only posted your plugins list and not your mods list. I can't see what mesh/textures mods you're using, or memory fixes either. Is your NMM VirtualInstall folder on the same drive as your Skyrim folder? That can cause missing meshes and all sorts of problems. It might be time to start over though. Rostislav16
Still some ideas? Then there is hope :smile:ok, so:- yes, I'm using NMM- yes, the NMM VirtualInstall folder is on the same drive as my Skyrim folder- my textures mods and memory fixes? So:Skyrim Project Optimization, Optimized Vanilla Textures and all Bethesda Performance TexturesSKSE: CrashFix, StorageUtil, SafetyLoad, showRaceMenu, DCF_plugin- I'm using ENboost (without ENB) ... and I am thinking of this when you mention this - because I read somewhere that it could help to verify the integrity of the game files on Steam, I did it, and after Steam redownloaded seven files, LOOT reported to me, that something could be cleared by TESEdit - I'm going to do it... EDIT: Done, all is clear except "CoT-WeatherPatch", it is known about it and should be ignored by the author. Grospolina
Yes, verifying integrity can help. If you already cleaned your masters with TSE5Edit then verifying will undo it, but all you have to do is clean them again (remember to clean Dawnguard twice). Since you did that, you might as well delete your Skyrim.ini ans SkyrimPrefs.ini and run Skyri Launcher to regenerate them. Some settings looked a little off (namely sResourceArchiveList and [Papyrus]), but I don't think they were the cause. But really, you should try disabling all of your mods and testing it. In NMM, you can make a second profile (make two if you don't have any profiles) and then start disabling. If you want to go back, then just go to your first profile again. Note that it will always save your profile when you make changes (the interface implies that you have to save it, but it does it automatically). MrGrimm73
I was going to tell you NOT to use my mod as it is ancient like the dinosaurs...and would most genuinely screw up the game since there have been many updates since I released the mod. I hate to say it, but I would write down (or copy paste) all of the zip/7z/rar files for all the mods and attempt a clean install (take form the nmm mods dir. fo example mine is "E:\Game Mods\Fallout4\NMM\MODS")Re-install them 1 at a time until you find the culprit (guilty) mod effecting your game-play. If you are still having issues with the middle mouse button which I seriously doubt that you would be after that (a clean install)...The something is definitely jacked up in your actual interface.bsa somehow (which is why I released the mod i did all those years ago)...which we could go from there, as the above suggestion is a lengthy process... also found this after I posted while I was looking around for a solution to the same problem for ya: https://steamcommunity.com/app/72850/discussions/0/630800446852998395/ the below is from the above link.vaperz Mar 21, 2016 @ 10:16pm I have this problem just now. I able to fix it.Press Numpad 3 which will make free camera. Then quicksave the game. Quickoad the game. Press Numpad 3 again which will zoom to your character again. Then I'm able to use scroll zoom and F button. Hope this will work on others. Edited December 3, 2017 by MrGrimm73
Rostislav16
So I tried deleting and editing INI files, reinstalling some of the mods I thought would have affected it, reinstalling the mouse drivers, banning windows settings of mouse settings, again disabling antivirus, giving all ini files read-only status "... and I still tried it once I uploaded my current position and the mouse wheel zoomed again. I do not know what one of my desperate attempts has taken but everything is fine and I can even continue the game without having to start a new one.God bless Skyrim community :)I really thank everyone for advice and tips. After 2 pages and 28 days, you must be very relieved! I'm sorry my initial suggestions weren't enough to fix it. One thing I forgot about was making the ini files read only (after editing as I like them). I seem to recall doing that a long time back. I cannot swear that this would actually help, but it would stop a mod re-writing a setting on loading and then reverting it back on exiting, for example. And with TES games and mods, you never know what might happen! And if it did that, you'd have no clue as the ini file would be the same before and after playing, except the date last saved would have changed. :)

Yes, that's a relief! :)I was already confronted with playing without a camera...You know, I'm a occasional player, but Skyrim suits me perfectly, that great freedom enjoying it without hurry... and I'd be really disappointed if I had to quit. And I guess I'm not alone when it's still so many enthusiastic pepole around this game.Once again thank you very much
