PA Frame stack with Ordinary Armor

I know there is the mod that stack PA armor with ordinary armor (UNnaked Power Armor), but that mod don't stack the PA frame with ordinary armor...just the PA armor and ordinary armor.

 

So if any one could make a mod where JUST the PA frame and ordinary armor stacks would be so great, and as soon as you add PA armor it no longer stacks with the ordinary armor.

I think that comment just hurt my head. You could have just said:

 

"I am looking for a mod that allows you to keep your Normal armor bonuses and stacks with PA's armor 'Frame' only."

No i don't want to be OP, thats way i don't use the "UNnaked Power Armor" mod. But the PA frame don't give a high armor rating, if it was possible i would like to have the PA frame armor rating reduced as long as it stacks with the ordinary armor...the frame is just a frame not an armor.

the op comment was my fault for misreading the question. I can look at that mod to see what they did, and if the fix is simple I can let you know.
