Custom NIF Invisible In GECK and New Vegas

I've been mashing up a bunch of .NIF files in 3DS Max in order to make some custom armour, however when I opened the armour in the GECK I found it was textureless, so I changed the Shader Flags to match a regular .NIF file. Now the armour is invisible in the GECK and in-game, I have searched for a solution but so far I've had no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
