Hey!

I've played skyrim a few weeks when it came out and then i had to drop it. Now I am interested to come back to try all these mods we have. I was just wondering which game i should choose because i know there is some special edition already, maybe something else.. What i need is certain skyrim version that will not crash or glitch after i jam it with mods.

If you don't know what you are doing, any game will "crash or glitch" after you "jam it with mods" willy-nilly, and you'd deserve everything you get.

:wallbash:

I'd suggest Skyrim SE, but listing your PC specs would be a start.

I run SE on a weaker machine, with no problems. It auto-selects high quality, but I can run ultra as well, and I use several texture mods.

Though SKSE is still in alpha for it, and a lot of favorite Skyrim mods haven't been ported over for SE yet, there is still a sizeable selection to choose from, including the biggies like Alternate start, Frostfall, etc. The growing pains are present, but 64 bit is proving to be much better than the original "oldrim."
