Killolia
Would cell shading be possible for the Mojave? I would love to see this happen.
Deleted2547005User
Yes it would be. You would have to modify every single texture in the game to have such a feel. I've no talent in that field but I think it is possible. Also, would you prefer the meshes in the game to remain the same, or have lower detail to match up with the textures? In any case both are possible, if not hugely time consuming. The only downside would be the size of the mod's assets - around 5+GB.
Killolia
How would one go about editing the textures of of everything in the game?If I can figure it out then I would be all about doing this. Also, wouldn't there be way to reduce the file size? Kind of like how NMC did all the various types of packages for his texture pack.

It would add a fully "new game" feel to fallout.

GrayWolf04
Sounds like a pretty cool idea to me. Almost like Borderlands: Fallout Edition. I would assume that you would just lower the detail on the texures, make some bolded, black lines along the edges of the texture's items, and then save them. That would be very basic of course. ita
Paint.net, GIMP and Adobe Photoshop are known to be able to edit the texture files used in New Vegas.
anarchyisawayolife
That would probably make this game crisper in a sense. I would love to see this, very creative  Borderlands but less goofy? SOLD! Edited April 1, 2012 by anarchyisawayolife
