-MOD NAME UP FOR DEBATE-

What I would like to accomplish in this mod:

• At least 6 new dungeons, houses, camps or other places

• 10 new NPCs, 4 or 5 new followers, 3 or 4 new merchants and 1 or three new random people to meet

• New textures for the new NPCs, weapons and armor

• At least 10 new quests ranging from small to legendary quests

• New scripting for the NPCs to make them unique

All of this is up for debate by the team. If you would like to help please feel free to contact me by messaging my account or by messaging my email.

I would suggest adding some description on what kind of mod you are looking at. I assume because you didn't add a description of the project it will be open for discussion amongst the team. but still I would atleast put some ideas on what you would enjoy working on if the project will be open to the team to decide.

Well...you want to hire modders for a mod...a non specific mod.

You'll need an excellent concept to attract experienced modders, even with a mediocre concept it's hard to find people...now imagine what happens when you've got no concept ;)

And examples of your work of course, and if you are new to modding then forget the idea to hire a whole team, start with small projects you do on your own and grow with your work.

Just having ideas is not enough, i've got thousands of ideas like any other person on this planet. You'll need at least a rough knowledge 'bout the whole modding process if you want to manage a good team.

greetings

i have made 3 followers an archer, a blade master, and a thief

i have made 3 merchants

All of them work.

I didn't want to know what you made for followers and merchants. It was a suggestion to show examples. The link to the NPC mods would be a good example. I will have to agree with Ghosu to start a small project on your own. maybe a small ranch someplace in the wilds with various NPC's. some merchants and a few followers. they all live there and have AI packages for when they are working or just lounging. Potential place the player can crash for the night and dump some loot. This way you have something to show potential mod teammates something and you gain some experience.

Plus doing that always builds into even more when I do that. When I first started level designing way back in the late 90's. i would go over the terrain until a spot caught my attention and just drop a building onto it. after that it was just add more and more until eventually it was a completed level with story and everything. I never knew what it would end up being when i started and it always worked better for me than a preplanned this is what i am doing.
