So lore friendly debate about logic and actual lore.

I been really pondering and getting quite tired of mods saying immersive but in reality how is it immersive?. if it doesn't follow game lore. such as weather mods that adds seasons to a world, that doesn't have a star, to revolve around to give the planet hot and cold periods that we call seasons. it totally makes the whole idea of a fantasy world wack. possibly we are trying to force a imaginary world that doesn't follow our laws "Laws of nature" to conform to our personal preferences. Then calling it "immersive" when in reality it breaks all semblance that this world is even a real."in game context ". it has no star to keep the planet warm enough to hold life. The planet has to be around the size of earth to have 24 hour revolutions.however years make no sense. its not immersive nor realistic as again no star nor even solar system for this make believe world to exist in.

however i have a theory on how the world works, and how the game world may end.Lore states that the first spirits where tricked by lorkan to create nirn "For whatever reason the to have his own physical realm to rule over". however some start to realize during the creation of the realm "Nirn" that they started to lose divinity or power so they start to flee back to oblivion. the most powerful one or "ones" created the hole that links the physical world to oblivion and atherius. probably the latter. that we mortals say is the sun in game. the other spirits started to notice and flee as well creating the stars. the aedra the gods being so weaken by creating this making this realm they killed lorkan for his trickery and their lost of power to flee back to atherius. throwing his heart into nirn and then his body broke in half to create the two moons of nirn.

Already sounds wack and unbelievable. however my theory is the world isn't actually revolving the sun "hole in atherius" that it goes around like a drain the hole as no other way this realm of existence in game could be sustainable. as skyrim cant actually go threw season such as winter and summer. neither could cyrodil why we never see the difference when we start in august in game then i player for 6 years so far i gone threw 2 years in game. i never seen the difference in seasonal as it not possible for seasons to even exist with the way the world is pretty much in a space of nothingness meaning atherius would technically suck out the magic and all the planets and stars in the void into the realm of atherius.

maybe i thinking to much into it but the pictures i seen and the lore i have read leads me to believe this planet has no way to work with physics nor able to hold life. so why force a fantasy world to have kinda pointless immersion mods that's cant work in this game world anyways.

however i wanna hear feed back i wrote this kinda like a rant that i had the other day with other elder scrolls fans but they said it just game but then proceed to call Bethesda lazy for not adding proper seasons..

"Immersive" or "Immersion" is a subjective thing. It doesn't have to do anything with the lore at all really. At least not to me. To me, immersion is any feature that enhances my ability to become lost in the world of the game. In other words, I can feel like this world is a real place and I'm not just playing a computer game. Simple as that.
